Just came from a screening - Gina kicked butt!

Gina kicked butt. Her acting was pretty decent considering she's not an "actress". thought she did a great job. The fight scenes were great. My only problem with the film was lack of original content...also some of the camera angles were interesting...sometimes it worked...others not so much. Also the sound was a bit weird...not sure if its because I was at an early screening. I will def see this film in theaters so see if they change some stuff around.

Like I said Gina kicked some serious ass and it was nice to see a woman who can legitimately beat those guys up.

Bruce Lee used to complain that no fighter no matter how great has the power to go through dozens of opponents like in the films he was in but he also understood the difference between exciting cinema and realistic self-defense.

I would say this actress looks much more realistic than most action films especially the ones starring actors who are so skinny and/or frail that they can barely move but are supposed to be beating up all comers.

in the film she doesn't fight many guys at once. I think at most two at one time. And honestly she's about the size of those guys so it looks realistic.

Does she have a "boss fight", or does she just beat up a bunch of Putties?

Based on the trailer, I'd say she has at least two "boss" fights with Michael Fassbender and Ewan McGregor, and maybe one with Channing Tatum too. So I doubt she will just be beating up "putties"

I've heard a lot about the fight with Fassbender from reviewers. I can't wait to see it.

I agree with you 100%! Gina brought a refreshing air of believability to her action/fighting scenes. When a Wonder Woman is finally made, I hope they cast her as one of the lead Amazons!
