If you upgrade a weapon at a Power To The People station while you have a Little Sister, sometimes she says "Oldie toy, newie toy!" I also thought "Marshmallow!" was hilarious.
My other favorite line is when you meet the first recorded message in Fontaine Futuristics and it goes something like: "October the 9th, 1967. Hello, my name is Gilbert Alexander, and by the time you hear this message, I will have become...clinically...insane..." That's a hell of a way to introduce a boss character!
