I mean, the cigarette was too thin (different from the one Natalie was smoking), we couldn't barely see the smoke from the cigarette and the actor wasn't inhaling it. Did you notice that?

I think you should have paused it rewound it, and watched the scene a few more times, or maybe you just were watching it on your phone or maybe some other small TV, like anything under 50" screen is too small to watch anything anyways. I have a 150" screen and I could see the cig he was smoking perfectly. Maybe it looked weird to you because the camera on him was also focused on the background which was the sunny sky, and the white part of the cig would sometimes look thin due to it blending in with the sky, but that was obvious, so IDK.
150" screen, hmmm, I'd be more willing to believe you wear 1" thick glasses.
