Where can I watch this movie?

I'm sure this is a perrenial question, but, living in the States, I'm not sure how to best get a hold of movies like this. It's not on Netflix or Hulu (big surprise!) It's listed on Amazon, but the DVD is Region 2 and expensive... Any thoughts anyone?
