Uncredited voice in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories?

Ok, the Pumping Station entrance/exit by Orion Lodge. Take a photo of the hands griping the bars, you get a message from a boy sounding VERY, VERY much like Mona Marshall, but the actors are all uncredited in the game. If you scroll down to "echo photo #2" on this page

Seriously, this is driving me crazy- I'm convinced it's her, but I can't find a full voice actor list of the game anywhere.
