Just the fact that this (and a few other recent films) have manage to be released despite the tourism industry,which seems to me obviously influences the output a lot of the films from Italy and other European countries. Just check the recent "The Trip" a hour and half long advert for Northern English tourism and Range Rovers. A more quality example would be the anthology of shorts from France called "Paris, j'taime"

Trust me, while these problems might be old to Europeans, they are many Americans-very obviously are very misinformed(not completely their fault) about the rest of the world who would benefit from seeing this along with Gomorrah, A Prophet, the b/w film with Vincent Cassel,etc.
