2)How old was José Ramón Lafita during the filming?

I know it says it's about a 12 year old, but sometimes kids used in movies are older or younger than the age claimed.For example, in Freaks and Geeks,the character "Sam" was supposed to be 14,but the actor playing him(John Francis Daley)was 13.
