The film suggested that having had her phone call refused by Monty, Gracie would have gone to bed with her Canadian driver, Guy, if he hadn't already been entertaining another lady. Does this seem likely? Was Gracie a go-er and, if so, was this the writer's way of letting us know that she wasn't all sweetness and light?
shareI think it was more that she was just lonely and unhappy and would proberly have hoped something would have happend with Guy if she had gone into his room. Like when she asks her piano player if he'd ever been in love and he uncomfertably tells her she'd best go to bed. She loved Monty but was extreamly mixed up because of the hard time she was going through. To me it was pressented that she didn't want to cheat on him but might have fallen into someones arms if the opertunity had come up.
Often adressed as "Oh god no! Please stop, i dont want to die!!!!!!
