Couldn't understand a word she was saying

Yeah, this was a cute movie, and I enjoyed it. The little red-haired girl was so adorable I wanted to reach through the screen and squeeze her!

But I couldn't understand a word the female lead was saying, and I'm usually pretty good with British accents. Yes, I'm American, and yes, I'm exaggerating, but that Welsh accent, forget it. I got tired of rewinding after a while to figure out what she had just say, and instead, just decided to let art flow over me.

And 27 years between the two leads? Yikes! That's a bit rough!
