Everytime you come across something that pisses you off, add it to the list. (Try to hold off on opinions, like "crap controls")
So far my main complaint is the CAS restrictions you've already listed.
Why there are only 10 appearances in Create A Story mode is beyond me. Someone tried to say these restrictions were put in place because they were trying to protect their servers from being overloaded. That's crap. If that was the case, simply restrict the stories from being uploaded. We should still be able to create our own stories with our own characters.

It's awesome you have different grapples for face down and face up opponents and being able to grapple on the side, but I am disappointed that it is only 1 move instead of 3.
I wish my lawn was emo so it can cut itself.
and the call name list is limited only 35 names which assures two of your caws will use one likely......

I just got the game and only have gotten a chance to play it once but it looks and feels really good.
I do have a problem with the reaction time of the wrestlers after reversals in the Royal Rumble.
It seems as if when you reverse someones atempt to knock you out and there groggy you can't attack in time before they come out of it.

i agree angel, princess, thunder, tornado and the scorpion would work for divas but thats it they left out the vampire, the queen, the cat, the villain, sexy girl, the criminal, etc....

Ive read and heard rumors that other systems like the ps2 may not get the 50 caw slot bonus which I hope is untrue......

Cburr, that's not a rumor, it's fact my friend. PS2 doesn't get 50 CAW slots, nor do they get Superstar Threads, 500 scenes to a story, Full 3D CAW parts, or online play. The call names are going through a revamp, that's why they left them out this year, commentary is going to be revamped as well, I'm hearing it's going to sound more like the NFL or NBA type of commentary found in those games. ONE good thing about the call names is that the audience recognizes the names more now and chants it, that's a kinda neat thing that they do lol.I'm Not Sorry...And I Don't Love you.

I doubt they "thought long and hard". It probably took them a matter of seconds to decide on how to take the cheap way out. Flesh it out? How are people supposed to respond to it with such limited use? Unless their intention was to annoy fans by having such a restriction, "seeing how things work out" is balderdash. At any rate, the story modes always suck.
What this game needs are MORE and better animated maneuvers and a deeper mechanic.
you can make multiple chapters. it's not really a restriction for anyone that has an IQ above 70.

Anyway, there are restrictions. There shouldn't have to be "multiple chapters". Quit making excuses for THQ...I swear you and Rocky work for them.
Maybe I'm mistaken and they have to be unlocked but HATE that you can't use the actual band songs as entrance themese anymore. I have a reoccurring character I make in these games and "You're Going Down" by Sick Puppies would fit perfectly.
Am I right that you can't use them anymore, or do i have to unlock the right to do so somehow?

Yeah I know. Sick Puppies would have fit so well for a recurring CAW I make on this series. He's like my own WWE superstar I make every year. Same move set, same appearance (though this year I tweeked his ring attire some and gave him baggy cargo shorts instead of pants), same entrance setup. I wasn't able to use "You're Going Down" for him BUT I do have "Power Trip" by Monster Magnet ripped into my 360 playlist and that one fits quite well which I've been using for him so I stuck with it.

I read countless reviews on IGN, of "Best One Yet" and this is yet again, the worst current version of SvR. THQ and Yukes have completely lost me as a customer after this. I'm never buying a SvR again.
RTW is a step-up from Career, but not much. Career has nothing. Here's a match, win it. RTW, you can't lose. You lose, you do it again. I played Cody Rhodes and Dibiase about 3 hours because they couldn't let me get a pinfall. How boring is it to win every freaking match? I'm trading this carcass into EB Games for MLB.
What the fudge happened to GM Mode?? It's been absent for like 2 years, and it was the only redeeming quality in the game. Now they've gotten rid of that. Might as well remove the rest of the match types, THQ, you remove like 4 each year. By 2012's release, we'll have single and tag matches, with or without managers, at these guys' rate.

I get annoyed by their signature to finisher play. I think 09 had it best where you can store your sig and use your finisher when you're "on fire".

Indeed, Lord_Jerique. This year's game was bad, but still playable to a degree. Yes, the Career & Road To WrestleMania modes are trash.
Corey Ledesma makes the game worse each year.
I enjoyed the Royal Rumble improvements, I liked Create-A-Finisher, and what they did with a bunch of the new animations. It's got a good flow to it now and feel more realistic.
It's not playable after two hours, I found. I wanted to toss the disc at the wall in hopes it would explode upon impact into a better version of the game.
2007 and 2008 I played for months of enjoyment due to GM Mode. I loved the mode. It was the only thing I found fun on the game. But THQ decided "Career" mode was more important for some fudged up reason. Corey Ledesma should be demoted at least because his ideas are no value.
I always read promises every year at IGN and every time I get false hope. Even Create-A-Story is limited. People are pissed about 10 appearances by a C-A-W? How bout the limited scenes? 25 to a story as far as I can tell! 420 matches in a story, but 25 scenes will not last for years.
I'd rate this just a step up from 2008, but not much.

shareThis is minor, but here's a boxer CAW that I like to create & I make his trunks, boots, & robe blue with red trim. I was so glad when last year they finally made it so you could change the colors one two-tone clothes. Now, my problem is this year, I can change both colors on the robe & boots, but not the boxing trunks? This dosen't make sense. So this year he's wearing black with gold trim. Minor, yes, but still kind of a pain.
Also, speaking of my boxer CAW, why did they take away the boxing gloves from the CAW mode?
Every thing is bad about this game hell in a cell is boring it used to be cool to spear someone out of the cell,two ladders are getting annoying, theres not that mutch moves so it looks very repetitive, no 3d tag team moves,they took out almost all the cool tag team moves, your standing strikes are horrible you cant have a combo and its shorter so your doing the same thing over and over its wack,your momentum gets up to fast so u can hit ur finsher and just win it takes kind of long to get to a 93 and when u get there its boring and u cant lower it and caw mode like you said is wack like no patterns,the online was probally the most slowest online iv played in a game and since the game is so wack its very easy to noob. career mode sucks and to play a diva is probably the wackest thing in the game and if you play for example rey you dont feel like rey at all in hctp you feel more like rey not as mutch really you will think that in 2009./10. they will make it as if you were them but it feels like u would have to play a GAME 8 *beep* years old to FEEL LIKE THEM or a two d game every thing is bad this does not deserve a 8.7. *beep* thIS dog *beep* *beep* pile of *beep* *beep* *beep*. oh man and the struggle submision mahn do i hate that *beep* man lol i hate talking about how bad a game is and then it just gets crappier man do i hate this game and 70 dollars get thats funny thats *beep* funny 60 dollar CHANGE MAKING IT LIKE 70 $$.
