every other chinese movie i watch has this topic posted on it, this board looked weird without it. i don't believe it for a second.

What do the other movies propagandize? What ideas/memes/etc. are they seeking to engineer? I'm not very conversant in Chinese movies yet, and this topic is very interesting. (And no, I'm not an agent trying to sniff you out; I'm just an ordinary person who's becoming more interested in Asian cinema, and Asians in Western cinema, right now.)
