Yet another women's movie with subtle woman hate...

I just started watching this online and I had to turn it off... I tried to watch something before that that also made me want to puke. These media messages given to women are so insulting.

Women are not worthless if they are 5 pounds over anorexic

Not all overweight women have low self esteem or are incapable of having a comeback when some skinny woman calls them fat. My favorite is something like, "well, I have a brain, so I don't have to worry about my weight. You on the other hand are so stupid that if you don't keep your weight down there is nothing to you."

Women are not secretly feeble minded and need to be told what they want by a man

Oh and the way all these chick flicks make women end up with the guy they hated at the beginning really pisses me off. No wonders why so many men out there don't understand that no means no... because the movies told them it didn't.

What the hell does that have to do with what I said. They portray women as these stupid whiney bratty self centered yet zero self esteem. What does that have to do with not eating red meat?

Women that hate other women are the ones that give us a bad name. Not everyone has to conform to your idea of womanhood. I do agree that these films are filled with genderized tropes but I have no idea what you're on about.
