WHERE CAN I GET THE DANNY ELFMAN SCORE?

It's so good. I hate it when I can't find scores to movies I like.

I really loved the premise behind the movie -- *beeped* up kid frequents funerals, meets cute with a pretty girl, his only friend is a kamikaze ghost. The movie is mostly sweet (however unlikely), but I did find that Annabel's illness was severely underplayed. I don't have a lot of experience with this, but I figure with the combination of cancer and chemotherapy she would probably seem a bit more...sick. And I hate that all movies must adhere to this strict 3-act structure, with the predictable moment at the end of the second act where the main characters have a falling out, only to inevitably reconcile before the end of the third. The ending was also really sad, but completely downplayed. It isn't clear whether Enoch will still be able to communicate with Annabel the way he does with Hiroshi (or even if he ever will get to see Hiroshi again -- maybe he escorts her into the "afterlife"?). I know we've seen this kind of thing before countless times (I think Here on Earth and A Walk to Remember have been brought up), but the restrained nature of the movie actually makes it kind of nice, and a breath of fresh air.
