Loved this movie!
Great atmosphere, cinematography and acting!
Anyone know how much it cost to make? It looked better then alot of hollywood movies and much more enjoyable.
Oregon(and all the westcoast, BC, Cali,etc.) is so beautiful its nice to see a really well done movie with that backdrop
It was a quirky film which I equally enjoyed and invested emotionally in. Mostly due to the acting, the characters drawed me into their world and got me caught up in their unusual situation.
"I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I am not".
I frankly couldn't disagree more. This was a very obtuse film that seemed to be endlessly searching for a plot. The sheer dullness of the characters and dialog (or lack thereof in many of the scenes) made this a very tedious thing to watch, and what dialog did exist was very contrived. All in all, there is nothing praiseworthy about this film, except that it eventually did end. "Dirty Dancing" is more watchable than this film, and I absolutely hate "Dirty Dancing".
