I have never felt such hatred at someone as I did/do toward Peggy! Those poor animals. I did not feel any sincerity in her 'apology' either. Unless it was due to editing, all I heard her apologize for was not burying the animals. She never took actual responsibility for their neglect or DEATHS. The Vets fault, my @SS! OMG, I am livid. Charges should have been filed against her for animal cruelty. She makes me sick.

I so agree with you.. Peggy and Sherry from H:BA are my most despised hoarders. Unfortunately the reality is that even if Law Enforcemnt was called those poor animals had been dead for so long that there's no way to determine COD. There's nothing to prosecute her for. Is it illegal to leave a dead animal in a cage? Probably not. ( There should be but probably not.)

Agreed. It was horrific. Complete neglect and a pathetic apology/excuse/denial. She can take her prayers for forgiveness and put them where the sun don't shine. I hope she gets flagged as an animal abuser and not allowed any more animals.
shareShe said they all died after she took them to the vet to get rabies shots. Funny, I didn't know birds needed rabies shots too. Personally I think she just left them locked up until they died from god knows what. Bitch was the scum of the earth.

I think she's a cruel person. Did you guys see that part where the daughters little dog came into the room during the intro filming and Peggy gives the dog the "get lost" signal, then whacked the couch to scare it away with this mean look on her face? The dog just walked into the room to look around and she's scaring it off, for what? So she can be in charge. Then the daughter speaking about the abuse she suffered? Peggy is one cruel, hateful witch who should have no one left in her life due to her actions.
I wouldn't be surprised if she let those animals die on purpose or abused them prior to death.
Oh, dear Lord. If I were that poor daughter of hers, I would have left home as soon as I could have, and never looked back. That woman should never have been blessed with children. Didn't the daughter say Peggy told them she should have had them aborted? Those poor animals never had a chance.
Her children were a lot more forgiving than I could have been. Those poor animals didn't stand a chance. Peggy showed a hint of her true self when her daughter's dog came into the room. I don't even want to imagine what she did in private.
You're so right. She did show a hint of her true self. And yes, her daughter said she verbally abused them like that ontop of the beatings. People like her are never held accountable for what they do to others. It's infuriating.

shareIt's always satisfying when you come to a board, and the top post is exactly the same one you planned to make. This woman is despicable, and I hope her kidneys cause her to suffer a long, and excruciatingly painful death. Then maybe she can actually atone for what's she done, as opposed to just convincing yourself the magic sky fairy let you off the hook, because you said you're super sorry. What I really couldn't believe was that everyone else seemed to be satisfied with that as well. Not once did I even hear the term animal cruelty. Those people should also be ashamed of themselves. What a joke.
