shareZac in this film reminded me of Paul Newman, Marlon Brando, Burt Lancaster, in films. He captured his beauty admirably.
shareI loved him in this role. He doesn't look computer animated like he did in HSM. I have a pretty big thing for him now, he's getting better with age (acting and looks).
Dumbledore: "Lily... after all this time?"
Snape: "Always."
I'm not particularly a fan but he was definitely the best thing in this movie and gave the only really good performance in it but then he had about the only credible character in it.
shareI agree that the director was using Efron's looks in a magnicifent way to add beauty to the film. He is a remarkably good looking man who in this movie was playing a very lovable character.
What do you guys make of the scene outside the prison where Jack and Miss Bless are sitting in the car. Miss Bless are about to meet her big love prison bird Hillary for the first time. A newly released prisoner or someone is just leaving the prison and Jack follows him closely with a very intense look in his eyes. Was there a meaning to this or was it just a funny little detail?
Never mind my post above. I see now that the man leaving the prison while Jack and Miss Bless are in the car was Hillary's uncle. So that is the reason we were shown that Jack noticed him.
shareNot a fan of the boy (neither acting-wise nor looks-wise), but he looked downright delicious in this film, no question. More of a young man than his usual generic pretty boy roles/outlook.
