Why do they BLAME each other every time a repo goes Pear-shaped?

what is this continual recriminating against each other every time a repo gets out of control...the other night, at that repo on a Crown Vic where the gorgeous hooker emerged from the house and they had to rescue her, it twice came to that the black guy pulled weapons on them, nan-chukkas that he couldnt use properly fortunately for them, and later at their yard he pulls a martial arts sword of some kind..their new guy, who is obviously half-crazy from Afghanistan but who wouldnt be, disarms him..and they start double-guessing HIM..

Wouldnt they just embrace the fact that a lot of their jobs are going to be taking cars from crazy stupid deadbeat idiots and poseurs who do not want to give them up, and that theyre going to make a fight of it, and there is going to be much posturing, huffing and puffing and not rarely, when someone gathers up enough nerve or when they tackle someone who is actually crazy, some hand to hand combat.

Why do they always start canning each other everytime some idiot has gotten into it with them?
It makes them sound even more stupid.

Because 9 times out of 10, one of the repo guys, namely Matt and Carlos, end up making the situation worse. Usually Froy or Sonia try talking calmly to the RO while their partner, usually Matt or Lou or those two new guys, tries to hook up the car, and then the RO ignores the calm talker and tries to get into it with the other guys. Then begins swearing, yelling, shoving and threatening. In this case, Matt is always ready to fight, Lou comes off as incredibly aggressive, and Carlos is just a little hothead. Often times Ronnie will be looking to bust some heads, but he seems to be more in control than before, and of course, Sonia always has to throw in an occasional headlock, or Lyndah starts b*tching like her old man. In short, these are adults who all behave like CHILDREN. Most of the time Sonia talks like she's a teenager who wants to run away from home. They're just bad tempered, impatient people who are intolerant to their partners when they make mistakes, and instead of being an ADULT and confronting them on it, they either go whining to Lou or complain to the camera. Froy is undoubtedly the most mature member of the group as well as the most normal. He's the Marilyn Munster.
Also, Lou is a very harsh leader. Sometimes you can sympathize with him because he's trying very hard to keep his business afloat, but disaster always seems to find him, but for the most part, he acts like a control-freak father and treats his employees like his children...and they act as such. If Lou lightened up just a bit and not make these people who work for him feel put-upon, then maybe the morale would be a little better.

.... Because that's what's in the SCRIPT....

"I don't argue with idiots, they bring me down to their level and beat me with experience"

But i dont agree...the fact that it happens with ALL of them in turn, each one of them will have a turn being in the middle of push and shove with an RO, and each time, the one who gets to keep hooking up while his partner engages he RO as it were, will then turn to bawling out the other for over-aggressiveness.

I understand that you cna be guilty of escalating what it till then verbal argie...but very often, the RO has already crossed the line and getting physical.

Why does each one expec tthe other to somehow talk down a physcially aggressive RO...while each is incapable of it themselves when an RO starts crossing the line with THEM.

There will be ROs who will make a fight of it no matter what is sent to them.

they seem so hopelessly rent with interpersonal and jealousy among them.

Isnt there a crew which is not so childish?
