iTunes Pass
Okay, so if anyone out there has an iTunes pass of the show, maybe you wouldn't mind answering a question...
Have any of you been allowed to download Curse of the Rolling Stone yet?

Thank you so much! I was wondering if maybe my computer is just stupid somehow. Do you think it has something to do with the fact that they had this episode come out in an incorrect order?
And if it suddenly works for me I'll tell you.

I honestly think it might, somehow it could have tricked the automated system, since I'm sure it's registered production number is before the one's we've already downloaded, and it's automatically set to not download "repeats" SOmewhere along the line, the system got confused and now won't let us download it.
And thanks! It's been 24 hours now since I've sent the email, and they almost always respond within 48... So I SHOULD have an answer soon!

On Jordan's discussion boards before they got deleted the first time, some people said that iTunes had it out and they got it. Then iTunes pulled it. I'm guessing that that's why this is all screwy.
I hope they fix everything!!

yep, 5 bucks says that's exactly what went wrong, PS still no response. ANd because they don't guarantee 48 hours to respond, I have to sit here and wait... jerks. At least I have DVR, and I haven't deleted it yet, I'd be pretty peeved if I had.

Stupid iTunes. Of course it would be the one time that I missed an episode that it decides to mess up. -.-

Okay, I just got a response email, and this is what it said (among other things like sorry for the delay n response time):
Please be assured that the iTunes Store is currently working toward a resolution of the issue and hopes to have it resolved shortly. I will contact you again when the matter has been investigated and more information is available.

meh.... I don't understand why they can't just fix it... I think I might tell them I know other people are having the same issue, since I have a feeling they're just going to fix my issue and then leave it at that, they may not know that its an issue overall.
