'Curse of the Rolling Stone' Review.

I love how jealous Jasper is about Maggie it seems. He did look like he wanted to strangle Henry when he thought Henry might have been having plans with Maggie. I like it. I can def see how this is the 2nd episode is production order. It makes a lot of the episode make more sense. Knowing that Jasper has known Maggie since he was 10.

I knew something was funky about the teacher. Anyway, A really good episode.

I love when he says, "oh, never mind. I got the same text"

That was epic. Like there is no possible way Maggie would want to make out with him. haha.

I know! haha. I just lvoed all the jealous!jasper bits. But I do wish it were in its rightful place, second in the season. I'm afraid some people who hadn't known about it being out of order might get peeved and want to not watch any more. I know I MIGHT consider it if I had no idea. That kind of stuff bugs me. But I did know, and am going to watch it again when it downloads from itunes later...

But this is honestly my favorite episode yet! Maybe its the hints at jaggie, maybe its the fact I love Indian history and myths, I don't know. But it was AMAZING

I didn't realize it was supposed to be the second episode. I was wondering why Henry couldn't use the video phone all of a sudden when I though I'd seen him use it in an earlier episode.

some people felt the climax was too violent -- with one of the bad guys taking a serious header and since the pilot was also violent it got pushed back to being #8 (that was one reason i put in the banana peel. the peel, of course, being the quintessential symbol of bad luck and the comedic element was supposed to mitigate the violence).

Anyway, glad you were engaged by "curse." next week: houdini comes to town ...

Yep. Hopefully people will figure it out.

I mean i think it's obvious a lot of networks don't air in production order. Nick & Disney don't. So it's not a surprise CN doesnt air in order as well.

I really enjoyed the episode.

This was definately my favorite episode yet!! Henry/Maggie was so cute.

I loved how Maggie was strong and how in the end she didn't need saving. LOL

The fight at the end was incredible and it was funny that he slipped on a banana peel and then dies.

This episode had all the right elements, making it perfect.

Hi! So glad you have an interest in what fans are saying here!

There was a comment on Facebook concerning the shallow water breathing or whatever that is called. Evidently a professional was concerned about it being extremely dangerous and teaching kids to potentially try it.
Anyway - if you don't already check the comments on FB, it might be worth checking that one out to see if it has any merit.

I loved how dark this episode was. Didn't you say somewhere that this episode was directed by a Buffy alum. If so, I can definitely sense it in this episode with the fight scene and all. Just amazing. It was my favorite episode so far.

reply

yes, it was directed by david solomon who is credited with an amazing number of buffy's. he's now the producing director on "nikita" currently shooting here in toronto (where i am finishing post on the last three eps of unnatural history).

and if you like dark -- you won't be disappointed by next week's ep "now you see him."
