What is the movie/documentary shown in the actual documentary

I was watching the first episode of WW2, and there is some white and black thing playing. I am pretty sure that this is not somethign created for the documentary. Am really interested in knowing where it came from.

Part of it was Frank Capra's "Battle of Russia" from his Why We Fight series, which was attributed directly by subtitle as it was shown, other clips were from German propaganda films. If you watch it again, look at the credits for full attribution.
