Missing episodes on YouTube

I've watched Episodes 1-4 and 6 so far on You Tube, but I can't find Episodes 5 and 7, after much effort. There is a video entitled Episode 5 but it actually has either Episode 2 or 3 on it.
I imagine the makers of the documentary or the production company of the DVD would purposely leave episodes off You Tube to motivate viewers to buy the DVD.

All episodes are currently on Netflix, I believe.
