Terrible acting
What is with the horrible acting. Andie MacDowell sounded like she was reading off cue cards throughout the movie and Ashley Williams (Stump) was almost comical.

shareLast week's movie went off in so many different directions. This story was much better, but the acting made it hard to watch.
shareYou know, as I sit here as the movie replays. (There isn't crap on tv.) I don't think Ashley William's acting is so bad. It more the character is just badly written. And she and Sunjata have no romantic chemistry whatsoever.
The character's hostility towards/attraction for Garano comes across like a 6 year old having a tantrum. So it's hard to believe she's a homicide detective.
And just how does an officer with a false leg qualify to remain in the field?

I should think that the actors were wondering what the story was all about. How can anyone act when asked to do rubbish like this?
