If Kamali is alive then Richard Armitage's John Porter could be too! They "died" exactly the same way!!!

His brains were dripping out of the side of his head, it would have been very hard to pull that off without the terrorists' cooperation and a make up artist.
I don't remember there EVER being mention of finding the body. And notice how he was killed the same way and even the speeches about "sinning" was very, very close to being identical.

There is no way she would be still watching this show, so she wouldn't know that Kamali was executed in the same manner.
