I know exactly what you are talking about and I was able to catch the lyrics... BUT when I Googled the words that I could hear, I got nothing...

It is a hard song to find......"siren" by Red Delicious. You can find it on YouTube, but it is not available on iTunes unfortunately :(

You're actually mistaken. The name of the song is "Shout Out Loud" by an English singer named Joey McDowall. Here is the link to the record company's website for her: grayroserecords.com/indexjoey.html. The audio player for her songs is going to be at the top-right corner of the page. Use the furthest button on the right to scroll through the songs; "Shout Out Loud" is the third song on the audio player, meaning you'll need to click that button twice to get to it. I e-mailed the record company to find out if that song is available for download or purchase. Apparently, they are working on getting it released, but the answer for now is no.
Just so you all know, I too fruitlessly googled the lyrics to this song for like a year trying to find it. It suddenly occurred to me to try to guess likely titles of the song based off the lyrics I could hear, and then google the song title along with the title of the movie. Once I had this idea, I lucked out and came up with the answer on my first try. It's a tip I pass along to all of you for future help in finding unfindable songs. Typically, artists who aren't well known will publish on their webpages, or the record companies will publish on their webpages, the fact that they had a song featured in a major tv show or movie as a way of promoting themselves and their credibility.

This song was also featured on the movie "Obsessed" on Lifetime Movie Network, and has been on several other TV shows and movies. Again, it is not available on iTunes or anywhere else for download as far as I know.
Okay, the song that I was talking about, the one by Joey McDowall, is heard in Part 2 of the series, which is AFTER Kaia Sellers has died. This is the song that started playing at the club after Reed was playing the song creepily mixing in a voicemail from Kaia. When Reed, who has been following Beth thinking she is the dead Kaia, the song starts around the time that Beth asks Reed if he wanted to get out of there, continued while Beth was hanging out with Reed in his garage and then started making out with him, and then continued and ended while Adam was walking Harper home from the club. I apologize if I thought you were talking about a different song or a different scene, but the song in question that started out the inquiry from "rincool" had the lyrics "shout out loud" in it. Joey McDowall's song is entitled "Shout Out Loud", contains the lyrics "shout out loud" and "love me, hate me, kiss me" (which are the lyrics that "rincool" referenced), the lyrics "I'll make you shout out loud 'til the windows break" (which "bar_b_q_boy" misheard as "I'll make you shout out loud through the window screen") and "until the sun goes down" and "miss me...push me, pull me, heat me, cool me" (which lyrics "bar_b_q_boy" heard correctly). I checked out the song that you referenced and it does not contain any of these lyrics and is a much slower tempo than the song that "rincool", "bar_b_q_boy", and I are talking about.
I went back and checked the scene in question against the song by Siren and with all due respect, I am right about this. The song playing during the above-referened scene, the song everyone else is talking about, is "Shout Out Loud" by Joey McDowall.
What's the song that reoccurs throughout. They just use the piano instrumental part. One of the time it plays is when the guys are playing basketball right after Kaia dies.
