the film where (SPOILER) NOTHING HAPPENS

this film aired in the uk a few months ago and i recoreded it on my freeview box and finally got around to watching it yesterday.
like my title says NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!
all of the ''interesting'' stuff was in the flashbacks from the time the killer was on the loose- that should have been the story of the film not this collection of dull, it was like flicking through a color swatch sheet for beige paint- they all look the same no matter what name you slap on it, its neutral and unoffensive.

i actually started to wonder if the film had been a victim of cutting it for the time of day it was shown, but after some research i found that everything was intact- nothing had been trimmed out, no tension filled in house stalking scene trimmed down/out. no missing footage of a harrowing kidnap like i was expecting.

all that happens is-
*a hand bag finds its owner years after the theft
*someone hires a cop and a clown costume
*footprints in garden
*someone tied to a chair/rack in basement
the end

save yourself many minutes NOTHING HAPPENS.
