What a waste of time. Some dumbass gets the woman he supposedly loves killed in the first 15 minutes of the movie as a result of his incomprehensible carelessness and stupidity. And then I'm supposed to care about whether he escapes or what happens to him for the remaining 75% of the movie? Going through the arduous task of filming in Afghanistan for that? Boy did they get it all wrong.

Ha Ha !! You certainly get my vote on accuracy in summing up this movie!!
At the very beginning the dumb-ass is relieving himself in front of Taliban women like he was back home pissing in an alley!! When a Taliban tribesman challenges him for dishonoring HIS women and shoves a rifle in his face threatening to blow off his head, the jerk starts sputtering and spitting all over himself saying,..."I was JUST taking a piss!!", in his barely understandable British accent which continues every time he sputters a word!!
I was already voting for the little Taliban dude to blow his head off!!
Then, it just keeps getting worse as he goes on a Taliban Sharia law breaking spree....sputtering all over himself along the way.
I stopped watching it shortly after he got the Taliban women he was in love with stoned to death by his stupid and ridiculous meddling, and then runs off into the night and calls his boss sputtering and crying with with wild eye movements that he has to escape, because HE THINKS they're trying to kill him!! Ha Ha !!
I could suffer though no more!! Although I am tempted to go back and fast forward through it to see if he gets whats coming to him!! LOL !!
