The racism (SPOILERS)

SPOILERS.

Kevin Hart's character is racist, straight up! The writers made this character a presumptuous idiot! He talks about black people never going to therapy, how the hell do you know? Have you sat down and interviewed every black person on the planet and asked them? He also mentioned that he has never heard of that Molly Ringwald movie because he is black, it doesn't get any stupider than that! Maybe the writers were trying to make a point, i just don't know what point that is.

The action scenes are decent, it's just the stereotyping that is pathetic.

reply

I thought it was racist against white men considering they made the white guys either evil villains or bumbling idiots.

It's typical leftist BS disguised as entertainment. I'm a fan of The Rock and Kevin Hart but the filmmaker's agenda was obvious.

reply

Yeah this movie was just one big mess.

reply

I'm glad I'm not so butthurt that I look for reasons to be pissed off at movies and tv for no reason other than to be try and be offended.

I can be white and enjoy Chapelle's show.

A friend of mine who's black enjoys The Wire. Should he be offended instead??

reply

That name...references to leftist bs...ahahaha people like you are hilarious. You're the same as the hyper sensitive people who respond over the top to perceived racism in movies, only the other end of the spectrum.

How do you people even function? Is there a support group or something?

Hilarious.

reply

It's just a movie. Relax cracker

reply

I was too busy enjoying the movie to notice.

reply

Well there's a little truth to those little jokes. Coming up in the 80s living in Compton very few people watched Sixteen Candles besides me. Therapy is generally not the first option if there are issues. One because of the financial cost and two it's not a general way we tried to solve issues. Therapy was for crazy people

The jokes for over-exaggerated but they weren't far from the truth

reply

Waaaaa! Nobody cares.
