I understand that people with theme weddings are the people who get on the show, but who knew so many couples want theme weddings? They must be practicing for when they have to throw birthday parties for their kids. Monopoly, goth, halloween. The hell? Then the weddings/receptions never look beautiful or elegant like weddings are supposed to. They are over the top to the point of being tacky. And the bridesmaids dresses that David gives the brides to choose from always look like prom dresses. Just UGH!

Why don't you show us your wedding planner skills?
David takes their ideas...yes their ideas and turns it in to something more acceptable. Don't be blaming David for that.
At the end of the day - it doesn't matter what you think, not everybody wants an elegant wedding, some want fun, funky, weird etc. Stop trying to put your opinion on what is great and trying to pass it off as the standard.

I know that some people want insane, tacky ass weddings. So they get David and he gives those people what they want. He takes their stupid, half-baked ideas and replaces them with classless, gaudy ideas of his own. God bless him, he found his place in the world. But yuck.
