The bartender that Raylen was banging (can't remember name), her boyfriend called it is "gary cooper walk" or something.

I don't have a word for it, but I did notice a few weeks ago, while dealing with an annoying case of turf toe, that I had unwittingly started walking like Timothy Olyphant. Just try walking in a way that minimizes the extension of your big toe as you lift your foot, and swing your arms slightly.

Both he and Boyd are pigeoned-toed.

I'd call it a swagger.
