Rejected review
First of all, IMDb should be ashamed of themselves for allowing so many blatantly false "reviews" to be posted by obvious members of the cast and crew. They're not genuine & all the positive reviews should be taken down immediately, as examples of an exercise in insider trading and self-promotion.
What a load of utter tripe this pathetic imitation of a film turned out to be. Piss-weak crap would be considered praise of the highest order.
Were all the hyped-up positive reviews written by crew or extras ???
This waste of time should be distributed worldwide to all film & television schools, as "how not to write, edit, light, colour, cast and squander valuable resources", or more succinctly **"Don't do anything at all you see in this turkey" !!!**
Where do you start ?
The dialogue is atrocious, it's awfulness exceeded only by the flat, mono-toned, disinterested delivery of wooden D- acting class rejects.
Half the time the crappy delivery can't even be heard because the sound is complete garbage.
The lighting is shameful. No amount of tinkering with contrast, brightness, hue or sharpening tweaks made this dross watchable on any platform lasting more than 45 seconds.
The score is lame to the max, boring, repetitive, and for the most part completely unsuitable.
The plot, my God the plot ! What a load of garbage !!!! It doesn't even deserve discussion, it was a blatant rip from Death Wish, Mad Max, Fight Club, and a zillion pathetic Yank Wank "wannabe" copies of the above mentioned decent flicks.
And the much lauded fight scenes ? Pathetically staged, with unskilled half-wits bumping against each other in Z grade imitations of the worst type of pretend "thugs in action", supposedly striking terror into all they come into contact with. None of them would last 10 seconds in a retirement village nappy-crapping contest, let alone a genuine brawl in any pub in Australia.
This looks, feels, views & sounds like an 11 year old's first crack at backyard film-making, and those concerned with the production and release of the so-called "finished" product should have burnt the lot & started again, with a different cast, sound, lighting, script and editing crew, and shot a training film entitled "how I wasted a million dollars of other people's money".
This gives even exploitation flicks a bad name a new definition for the word "excreta".
Flush this down the nearest toilet and wash your hands immediately.
