shareRegarding the animation, the story is actually quite good. Possibly better than Legend of the Guardians.

Care to explain? I found it quite entertaining. Better than some big names out there like Shrek 4.

It's so badly rendered it's borderline unwatchable, especially in HD. The birds look like they were taken straight from a PS2 game. All the textures on them are low resolution and pixelated, and the feathers look awful. The landscapes and backgrounds lack detail and charm. It's an entertaining story, but it looks really, really bad.

Yes it's oldschool animation, reminiscent of what one would see in the early 90's, and those had some of the best animated films ever.
