Zebra's born different into superstitious herd, gets blamed for when a drought occurs and is exiled.

In Happy Feet Mumble's foot tapping is blamed for the decline in fish by the superstitious Elder Penguins, also gets exiled.

Both characters have a wacky adventure during their exile and meet new friends. We've seen this before.

Also, both characters encounter humans.

It just looks like another case of uncreative, lazy writing which just gives birth to another boring and forgettable animated cliche. It also insults children's intelligence by telling them what is effectively the same story again with only the appearance of the characters and settings being different.
