Picture of 'Chris'

Maybe they addressed this later in the movie because I only saw the first half, but wouldn't you think that Jenn would ask "Chris" for a picture of himself? Supposedly they chatted online for months, but they didn't exchange photos or at least talk on the phone during all this time? Seems very strange to me.
