Does anyone know where I could find this movie? I know it never got a DVD release but it doesn't seem to be anywhere online either!

I can't find this movie online anywhere either.
According to the movie's facebook page, it was released in November in the UK under the title Doll in the Dark.
On IMDb, there's a separate 2016 page for The Melancholy Fantastic, except it says that it's 73 minutes long, so I guess this is the "Doll in the Dark" version.
