Season 5 Vice: Laos Episode???

At the end of Episode 1 in Season five there is a preview montage of whats to come in Archer Vice. During this montage there are clips of Archer skydiving and saying he just invaded Laos and his manicurist Chi is with him. I'm assuming there was a planned episode of Archer going to Laos but what happened? Why did it not air? I haven't watched season 6 or 7 yet is it in there?

I asked the same thing in another post. I think it's in the trivia but all that cool *beep* was from a storyline that ended up being cut.
