Overall this film almost looks somewhat comic book like. But the one part of the trailer that disturbed me is when they show a glimpse of Alice Eve's character screaming in a coffin that she was buried alive in. I know at the end of the day it's only a movie but buried alive scenes always disturb me. That's part of the reason I have yet to see that Ryan Reynolds film where he's in a coffin for the entire movie. I still haven't made my mind up as to whether or not I'm going to see this. Most of the reviews haven't been too kind. But I don't always agree with the critics. There are times where I find a panned movie to be at least somewhat enjoyable.

This would be one of those few times to actually agree with the critics. It was beyond bad. I also found Alice Eve's acting while she was buried more disturbing than the thought of actually being buried alive itself. The way she carried herself just wasn't very believable I thought, wasn't enough panic. Kind of like watching people on sitcoms drive; the actors usually make it obvious by their actions and mannerisms that they aren't really driving.

Burial alive speaks to our darkest, most primal fears. I sometimes think I'd like to die in a way that left no doubt I was dead, rather than risk being buried alive.

I have no idea but I never laughed so hard in my life. Outloud. In a semi crowded coffee shop. Keep up the work. And praise the moon peeps. Which I think are different from moon people.
