There has been NO OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT from Fox, but this has been posted on a film production status site ( same site which shared similar info on WOLVERINE 3, which turned out to be accurate save for a week's delay in actual filming) --

Hopefully, Fox will make an announcement soon that the film project has been given a greenlight!

IMDB has updated the status of the project to PRE-PRODUCTION ( IMDBPro) and has posted that " casting has started" ( see Main Page).

One site has listed a casting call --
