When did he sort the will out?


I know several things happen off camera, I think it is a good story telling technique, but the complexities of a will would require a bit more than a stamp.

It is my understanding that property in the UK which is passed on via a will requires a solicitor to witness the signing of said will.

With the embargo around the islands it seems unlikely that he got access to one.

There may have been legal eagles at the embargo line (Greenpeace activities and the like) but it going unmentioned seems just a little detracting from the immersion of the story, for me at least.

The only time he could have done it was when he was organising/finding out about the boat. I helped someone get a will done once. Took about twenty minutes. That was in a government building in a capital city though.
