The Mother's Are Terribly Disturbed

I watched this program the other night and I was struck by how beautiful the children were, and how seemingly unattractive the mothers were. Obviously the mothers are trying to live vicariously through their beautiful daughters because they can't find fulfillment in their own lives. It doesn't take a shrink to figure out that there is a huge void in these women's lives, and that they are in essence using the child to gain satisifaction. I did admire the mother who let her child look like a real little girl, and didn't spend thousands of dollars on makeup, wigs and other stuff that little girls shouldn't be wearing. I was sickened to see the mother who wouldn't give her a child a chicken nugget because she didn't want the kid's lipstick to get smudged. What a complete *beep* Women like that don't deserve to give birth.

the fathers are just as bad as the mothers. if they didn't agree, the money, cars, time,etc wouldn't be there to condone the mothers' behavior.

So you're saying that these women can't support themselves, or that men make all of the money? That's an incorrect statement. In fact, it's been shown that women in 2010 make more money than men. I'm willing to bet that a lot of these mothers do work and do have to pay for the costumes. It's kind of sexist to assume that the fathers are footing the bills because the mothers don't work.

it might sound sexist to assume the fathers are footing the bill, but how do these mother have all this time to push their kids into practicing, take their kids to hairdressers, makeup specialists, etc. if they are working?

i saw one mother who cuts lawns to help pay for pageants? do you think she's making the bulk of the money in that household?
