Did the real estate agent sell the house in the first place?, instead of buying it herself (or LLC)

I think it was because it was initially being sold for a high price. The Brannocks sold it at a much lower price than they paid for it, they just wanted out. It's possible the agent couldn't afford it originally but once the price came down, she scooped it up.
