New Orleans Gumbo

John Besh (who lost Next Iron Chef to Michael Symon and owns four restaurants in New Orleans) said that the gumbo was the best he's ever eaten. To me it looked absolutely disgusting. I don't think I could eat that at all. And it's only served one day a year--Holy Thursday.

Emeril's banana cream pie looked delicious, however.

and the dahlia lounge where giada said to get a crabcake is really average too.
