Fuck Yeah - That Was Awesome
Best action / war movie I've seen in a long time.
It's got kind of a spaghetti western hybrid thing going on.
The only thing I didn't like was the soldiers going in the river with their gear and helmets on, that was really stupid and the only flaw in this ridiculously great movie.
shareMovie was entertaining and the old man was a great character, but I found a few scenes to be just plain absurd - him surviving the tank's mounted machine gun fire by padding himself with a soldier's corpse on his back, surviving underwater for so long and getting air (?!?) from the soldiers' bodies, as well as surviving the hanging and the plane crash. But I suppose you can't look too closely into the plot armor in movies like this.
Thought he'd abandoned his doggo at the burnt gas station and was glad to see it was with him in the end. Must be one hell of a tracker!
