Her Accent

I love satire, I love Borat, and I love fake accents, as long as they are funny, this, however, is borderline unwatchable. Perhaps I am being too harsh, but her "Russian" accent is atrocious. Is the girl playing Svetlana actually an actress, did she even try? Unless her intention was to make the worst,least-funny, least-Russian sounding accent, then she has failed. Her accent isn't funny, and it isn't Russian. Is the show worth watching regardless of her horrendous accent? It's a pretty big issue for a show when the leading character is the worst part about it.
