UK DVD 68 MINS IS IT CUT ?

Well, isn't there a PAL/NTSC thing, where Region 2 DVDs play faster, and thus are shorter than American DVDs, or something like that? But 10 minutes shorter? Hard to say, it has a "12" certificate as far as I know, same as Hulk Vs. And I don't think that was cut.
