Ed Helms

Taylor Swift and Zac Efron were being promoted as the stars of the show, but clearly Ed Helms stole the spotlight! I'm glad he got to sing so much, especially after his character on the office always can't get a good response when he sings! :)

Agreed! I didn't even know he was in the movie. Through the entire film, it was driving me nuts not being able to pin piont where I knew that voice! He did a good job.

And don't call me Shirley.

He was very good in the voice acting and I liked his singing

I agree with all of you. Ed also played the guitar.

It annoys me so much that he was hardly billed or featured in the promotional pieces for the movie, despite the fact that he had the most speaking (and singing) parts of the entire cast! I mean, I can see why it would be that way (it's a kids movie, and the stuff Helms is known for is more geared towards adults than Swift and Efron's work) but it still really irks me that he's kind of ignored, especially since he did such a great job.

Sure, this movie has a lot of flaws, but I think Ed Helms' performance was one of the highlights of the movie!

Please accept this sandwich as a gesture of solidarity.

I completely agree! I just watched this movie for the first time this week at work (I work with kids), and I loved the Onceler. I had to find out whose sexy as hell voice it was when I got home, and was totally surprised so see Ed Helms. I've got a new-found respect for him, for sure!

DId you see Hangover !!? He's truly hilarious reworking the very early Billy Joel hit (pre-"Just the way you are",his first true #1 Billboard hit) "Allentown" to rag on Zach Galifianakis's ALlen character when in this boat..."And we're really stuck with Allen Clown",or something...played guitar there, too.
