the Coin won ?

Wasn't Pete using the make his Decisions ? How the Coin get a team ? I must have missed something.

reply

Yeah. Pete won. They just said the coins since the coin made the decisions

reply

So if Pete won why did he get the Sacko?

reply

I'm not sure, but I think the coin is representing either the guy that died or one of the other members of the 8 team league that they hadn't officially replaced.

reply

Pete won the Draft Kings tournament but was somehow so terrible he lost his own actual league. If you spend more than two seconds thinking about it, that logic makes no sense.

Why wouldn't the characters be flipping the F out that they couldn't themselves be millionaires since every one of them apparently destroyed the so-called greatest fantasy footballer in their own league? Taco just points at buttons. That was enough to beat the future Draft Kings champion.

If you spend more than 2 seconds thinking about it, it makes perfect sense. If you watched the episode you'll see Pete never set his lineup for the final week. Hence him coming last. He didn't have a team set/properly set. Therefore he absolutely tanked it obviously due to pathetic team setup.

He had no team properly submitted. This is shown when he's at the Draft Kings competition and they ask why he's bothering with that league and he puts his team away in his pocket and doesn't work on it.

reply

Completely correct. I sort of felt bad for him at that point. But *beep* it, he has $1,000,000, money to rebuild the beach house, and he is getting off by letting Andre raise the kid ( though that sucks for the kid and it is a dick move on his part).

I honestly thought I missed an episode or something where the coin has it's own team. Pete won the Sacko. But it was his teams that was "the coin" because he was just letting the coin make his decisions. They messed something up there.

reply

Didn't Kevin win? He scored 87. IDK how the coin won with 84 :S

Also Pete wasn't the coin. The coin was its own team representing the guy who was dying/going on his final wish. They drafted a team for the coin all on its own.

Pete only decided because the coin was kicking everyone's butt that he'd also use a coin to make decisions for his own team.

The coin was totally different to Pete's team, he just decided to use the coin to make decisions for him.

reply

The coin is how Pete made his decisions starting about halfway through. But, the coin also had it's own team. In the first episode of the season, they get a message from Chuck saying he's not going to be in the league this season because he has cancer. They decide instead of replacing him, to just flip a coin for all decisions on that team. So, Pete's team lost, but "The coin's" team won.

reply

In the second episode of the season Chuck drops out because he has cancer of the gum as he puts it and they decide to make team called random that makes all its decisions off a coin flip. Later in the season Pete decides to make all his decisions off a coin flip as well but this is separate from the coin flips that govern the random team.
