Anyone know???

Will there be a 2nd season?

reply

if anyone knew...there would probably be a MILLION topics on the fact that there is going to be a season 2.

alas we have no confirmation yet if there is going to be a season 2 or not.

I hope so. I loved that show! For an underwear model, Drew Van Acker isn't a bad actor.

Though, I think he'd be even better if he were in his underwear more often :-X.

The show's front runner say that everyone involved with the show really wants to do a 2nd season, but I imagine that they are still in talks with CN. Since Unnatural History was cancelled, Tower Prep's fate is pretty much up in the air. I don't know why CN cancelled UH though, the netwok could have piggybacked off of Nick's hit show Big Time Rush's fame, since everyone finally knows that Kevin is Kendall big bro. Network execs are so stupid...

reply

No they just make stupid decisons.

I honestly don't think it will be renewed. It's an amazing show with lots of depth and originality, and those are the ones that get canceled first in favor of stupid cheap shows.

reply

Well that sucks.

Well, I read somewhere on this board that Tower Prep does not have the green light YET is does not have cancelation, most definitely. So cross your fingers and maybe CN will at least "take a chance" on TP and let production do 5 more episodes. That way we will not be disapointed. Or at least IF it is going to be cancelled, let the story be told to a conclusion in a 2 hour MOW(movie of the week). This is what happened to KyleXY (kind of). They had the green light for season 3 but got canceled after 11 episodes into season 3 (with some loose ends).

The problem seems to be that if the shows that CN puts on, if they are with good acting, a good story line, good and proper interest by viewers older than 10, and have a moral, That show must not prosper. The studio heads would not be able to understand it. It would be way of their heads, case in Point - SpongeBob, Square Pants. Duh. and their are many more like it. They, the studio heads, never got out of grade school, so how can they judge decent TV.
