Metallica - Damage Inc.
Megadeth - Lucretia
Iron Maiden - Powerslave
Mercyful Fate - Into The Coven
Black Sabbath - Symptom Of The Universe
Rob Zombie - American Witch
The Sword - Winter's Wolves
Evile - We Who Are About to Die
Slayer - Behind The Crooked Cross
Alice In Chains - Dam That River
Judas Priest - The Ripper
Volbeat - Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood

Pantera - Mouth For War
Flotsam & Jetsam - She Took An Axe
Exodus - And Then There Were None
Rage Against The Machine - Guerrila Radio

They REALLY need to make a game with all those songs in it, plus other songs by the exact same bands. Guitar Hero: Headbanger's Ball is what it would be called. It wouldn't be watered down by any pop or screamo bands, it would be pure 100% straight-up metal, hard rock & thrash.

Warbringer, I'd rather have Megadeth - Holy Wars... The Punishment Due than Lucretia.

"Have you ever noticed how men always leave the toilet seat up? That's the joke."

reply

That's understandable. Like I said, it would be awesome to have a few songs by each band, that way there could easily be 80-90 songs with no filler whatsoever, because I know for a fact that all of those bands have well over 2 or 3 good songs

Ooh! Black Math-White Stripes would also be good.

I agree with Guerilla Radio.

I'd also want something from The Doors. If anyone's like, "this is crap," trying finding music that's not already available for the games, on-disc or downloadable. The list is put in order of genre, kind of, from classic rock -> hard rock/nu-metal -> grunge/industrial -> punk-ish & ska -> pop-rock & emo -> post-punk/garage rock -> alternative/indie and finally electronic.

All Along The Watchtower was in 5. (Bob Dylan version)

Who can take you higher than a twin peak mountain blue?

reply

I know that and it was really boring to play. That's why I chose the Hendrix version.

"I'm gonna get nice and drunk; play some video games until my eyes bleed."

reply

So I don't think they'd put that on.

reply

Whatever they pick, the songs need to be GUITAR-DRIVEN. That's why this game is called GUITAR HERO.

If you want simple 3-chord songs to play at parties, buy Band Hero or Rock Band. Guitar Hero is meant for the guitar legends

Bands like Rush sorta blow that one outta the water.

Be seeing you.

reply

I'm actually surprised that The Smiths haven't been in any of these games. Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now or How Soon Is Now would be brill!
