started off great, went off tracks

i like the first 30 minutes a lot. the characters reeled me in, and i was waiting for each next thing

then when it turned violent, i just got bored with it. seemed cliche, predictable, boring. so i didn't finish it.

but the first 30 minutes were good (word to writer and director)

Agreed!!!

Had the making of an excellent psychological thriller, but REALLY tilts midway through.

I worked with a chef for a year who very much reminded me of the main charactor. Very self important, narcissistic and despite everything being organic and locally grown, the meals in the restaurant where overpriced and mediorce.

Back to the film, it's not a sign when you pause the video on demand the last twenty mintues for a bathroom break and did't return.
