So, besides the Justice League movie having an 8-12 foot tall armored alien trying to conquer earth which the Justice League stopped, everyone on Earth now knows about Parademons etc.

then with the Aquaman movie, thanks alot to Arthur letting loose a really giant sea monster, people now know about Atlantis existing, warrior fishmen mermaids and whatever else.

Whats next? Flash's flashpoint?

As a matter of fact, the upcoming Flash movie is supposed to draw heavily from Flashpoint.
